Representative Client-Types: Hoch, Partsch & Noerrlinger represents many individuals, organizations and businesses.  We have several high-net-worth clients, but weare even more proud that we serve those in need of assistance through Legal Aid and all spectrums in between.  We represent farmers, veterinarians, dentists, doctors and clinics, banks, nursing homes, school districts, and Nebraska municipalities, along with many other client types.  We frequently assist businesses in start-up phases and also in succession planning.  In addition to our private law practice, David Partsch serves as the Otoe County Attorney, and Tim Noerrlinger is the Deputy Otoe County Attorney.  As such, they prosecute criminal acts occuring within Otoe County, Nebraska, and advise the Commissioners on all civil matters affecting the County.

Company History  Hoch, Partsch & Noerrlinger has been a stable presence in the Nebraska City legal community since its beginnings in 1973. The firm prides itself on the wide scope of its transactional practice ranging from wills, trusts and estates to business incorporations, L.L.C.s and all types of residential, commercial and agricultural real estate transactions.  Our litigation practice is equally as varied.  We work hard toward reaching mutually advantageous resolutions for our clients, and if trial becomes necessary, we fight for our clients' interests.
