Representative Client-Types: Hoch, Partsch & Noerrlinger represents many individuals, organizations and businesses.  We have several high-net-worth clients, but we are even more proud that we serve those in need of assistance through Legal Aid and all spectrums in between. Our office provides legal counsel to numerous types of organizations and businesses.  We represent farmers, veterinarians, dentists, doctors and clinics, banks, nursing homes, school districts, and Nebraska municipalities, amoung many others.  We frequently assist businesses in their start-up phases and also in their succession planning. David Partsch also serves as the Otoe County Attorney, and Tim Noerrlinger serves as the Deputy Otoe County Attorney.  As such, they prosecute criminal acts occuring within Otoe County, Nebraska, and advise the Commissioners on all civil matters affecting the County.

Company History  Hoch, Partsch & Noerrlinger has been a stable presence in the Nebraska City legal community since its beginnings in 1973. The firm prides itself on the wide scope of its transactional practice ranging from wills, trusts and estates to start-up business incorporations and LLCs and all types of residential, commercial and agricultural real estate transactions.  Our litigation practice is equally as varied.  We work hard toward reaching mutually advantageous resolutions for our clients, and if trial becomes necessary, we fight for our clients' interests.

Our firm and our lawyers each strive to contribute positively to state and local bar associations, schools, political endeavors and community improvement organizations.
