RICHARD HOCH, Partner
Richard is a founding member of the firm, beginning his Nebraska City practice in 1973.  Richard and his wife, Nancy, raised their family in Nebraska City and have both been instrumental in promoting Nebraska City's interests throughout the years.

DAVID PARTSCH

Dave joined the firm in 2005 following time as a solo practitioner in Nebraska City, an associate at a law firm in Norfolk, NE, and as Legal Counsel to the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations in Lincoln.  Dave and his wife, Tammy, are both Nebraska City natives and are involved in numerous local projects and organizations.

TIM NOERRLINGER
, Of Counsel
Tim was recruited by Hoch & Partsch from his solo practice in Fairbury, Nebraska, where he also served as Deputy Jefferson County Attorney, to join Hoch, Partsch & Noerrlinger in 2007 and fill the position of Deputy Otoe County Attorney.  Tim is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and his wife, Jill, is a graduate of Syracuse High School, having grown up on a farm in western Otoe County near Unadilla. They are happy to be raising their daughter in Syracuse, Nebraska.
